It is better to wait until the plans have been submitted so that you can quote the Case Number and the Planning Officer. Please check back here and these details will be posted as soon as they are available. It is important to make it clear that you are making an objection: simply write objection. A list of relevant objections is being compiled and will be available when the plans have been submitted.
Tom Killen
Tom Killen is the Ward Councillor for Priddy and a Mendip District Councillor. He also serves on the Planning Committee for Mendip District Council.
Tom Killen has declared an interest in this matter. He states "I have declared an interest in respect of any application and I have decided to play no part in its determination. If an application is submitted, and that seems uncertain, I would have the opportunity to speak in respect of the application when it is considered by the Planning Committee but I would not have any vote. I have made it clear that I have decided that I will remain independent and not speak either against or for the application. I fully appreciate both sides of the argument".
Tom Killen (trading as Voyce Pullin Mendip Ltd) was the selling agent for Underbarrow Farm.
Tom Killen is the Chairman of the Mendip Farmers' Hunt Point-to-Point Committee which raises funds for the Mendip Farmers' Hunt.
You can write to Tom Killen, BUT ... he has stated that:
"It would be appreciated if supporters of Canine were not encouraged to contact me, as it is pointless, and to make it clear that I have declared an interest in respect of any application".
